THE JOB
🧽 Evening Closer (Dishwashing & Clean-up)
9:30 PM – 12:30 AM · about 3 hours a night
Part-time · every night of the week · we're taking on 2 people to share the nights
The shop closes, you keep it running smoothly behind the scenes: wash the shakers, jugs and tools, wipe down the stations, take out the trash, mop, and leave the kitchen ready for the morning crew. No customers, no register, no drink-making.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Wash and put away shakers, jugs, pitchers and prep tools
- Wipe and sanitize counters, sinks and equipment
- Take out trash and recycling, mop the floors
- Restock the basics so opening staff can start right away
THE EASY PART
- No language requirement — English, Mandarin, Cantonese, Spanish, anything works
- No experience needed — we show you the routine on your first night
- No customer contact and no recording to send in with your application
