JOIN THE
BOBA CREW
We're hiring friendly, outgoing people for the front of house. Fill out the form, record yourself greeting a customer, and we'll be in touch within a week.
We hire for energy, not experience.
We can teach you how to shake a drink, calibrate a brewer, and scoop the perfect amount of pearls. What we can't teach is making someone smile the second they walk in.
The bar:
- You light up when a customer walks in — yes, even on a slow Tuesday.
- You chat without it feeling forced.
- You stay warm when it's busy and the line goes out the door.
- You actually remember regulars.
Boba experience is a plus, not a must.
Above industry — because we ask for more.
Most boba shops pay minimum wage. We don't — because the difference between an okay shop and a great one is the people behind the counter, and those people deserve more.
Pretend a customer just walked in.
The very first thing we look at is your voice. Before personal details, before availability — we listen to a 60-second recording of you greeting a customer.
Read the script below (or paraphrase / freestyle) as if you're welcoming someone to the shop. What matters is that it sounds natural and warmcoming from you — like you're actually saying hi to a friend.
Hey, welcome in! Is this your first time here? Cool, let me walk you through it — it's pretty fun. So first you pick your size. That's the only thing you pay for. I'll ring you up, hand you the cup, and then you head over to the topping bar. Now here's the cool part — you build it yourself. As many toppings as you want, completely free. Pearls, jellies, popping boba, whatever you're feeling. If you're not sure about something, see those little sample cups at the start of the bar? Grab one. You can scoop a tiny bit of any topping to taste, or pour a sip of any drink first to make sure you like it. When you're happy with everything — toppings, drink, ice — just bring it back to me. I'll seal it up for you and you're good to go!
Read at your natural pace. No need to memorize. Smile — we can hear it. The form below starts with the recording — record first, fill the rest after.
